@tagesschau ich fände es schon ganz passend, wenn ihr da die aktuelle Rechtslage mit erläutern könntet. verteilt auf WindSeeG, EEG & EnWG sind die Fristen nicht leicht ablesbar, klar scheint mir, dass nach §81 WindSeeG Fristen für Planung & Errichtung gelten, Pönalen greifen und die Flächen bei Nichtbau erneut ausgeschrieben werden. Der Vertrauensschutz ggü. unterlegenen Bietern erfordert, dass die Rechtslage durchgesetzt wird!
