    ProTip: If you can make it over to the "Border Grill" restaurant at Mandalay Bay on Sunday (Today!) they have one of the best brunches in all of Las Vegas:

    Attention Las Vegas visitors:

    "Border Grill" at Mandalay Bay, one of my favorite restaurants, has an amazing "All-you-can-eat Brunch" they do on Sat & Sun starting at 10AM.

    Salmon avocado toast, chilaquiles, horchata French toast & barbacoa Benedict... It's not well advertised but you can have as many of the tapas plates on the menu below as you want for $45/person.

    Almost everything on the menu is to-die-for. Especially the Steak & Eggs.
