So #Colbert jokes that a #UK man was foolish for buying an at-home #endoscope, finding lodged earbud fragment causing him years of #pain, &seeking #ENTDoctor for #surgicalremoval because “YOUR #HEALTHCAREISFREE ”. I don’t blame him/his writers for it, but they missed the way #austerity & #BootstrapThinking are #weaponized to keep public care costs down
