Die Generation, die mir beigebracht hat, ich müsse unbedingt wissen, wie man z.B. einen Ölwechsel beim Auto macht („man kann ja schliesslich nichts bedienen, ohne es zu verstehen!!“), ist heute die gleiche, die sich die "Cloud" als flauschige Wolke mit all ihren Katzenbildern drin vorstellt, Browser und Internet verwechselt, Passwörter auf Post-its neben dem Gerät schreibt und mich stets um Hilfe bittet. 🤯

We male #AAPI #ChineseAmericans have few positive male movie icons. heroes.
For us #Boomer Chinese-American, this was #BruceLee, who died far too young. Not only did he have a white wife, he was a "bad dude" & dispelled the negative sexual stereotypes of Asian men that still exist.
While I don't think he's the greatest Asian hero of all time, as the following article suggests, #ChowYunFat was a successor to Bruce & his partnership with John Woo is akin to that between Mifune & Kurosawa but while significant within the genre of Asian action films, far less groundbreaking than the Japanese collaboration was.
In any event, if you never seen #HardBoiled, #ABetterTomorrow & #Killer, you should make the effort to do so, because they are ground breaking movies in the modern #HongKongMovie genre & are essential to a full understanding of Asian action films.

Das heißt, ich beobachte #Politik schon einige Jahre. Und habe über diese Jahre festgestellt, dass #CDU und #CSU NOCH NIE etwas in die Zukunft gerichtetes gemacht haben:

- #Klimaschutz
- #Rente
- #Demographie
- gegen #Nazi u #AfD -
Eigentlich sind viele zufrieden, wie's läuft; tendenziell gerne mehr linksgrünversifft als schwarzbraunverblödet.
Die an solchen Umfragen teilnehmen, gehen wohl eher nicht wählen. Oder sehen #GenX & #Boomer im #GenderSternchen allen Ernstes die größte ernstzunehmende Gefahr für das Wohl ihrer Kinder und (Ur-)Enkel?

Das Argument ist, mit Verlaub, Bullshit.
1. Wenn man mietet, statt eine eigene Immobilie zu bewohnen, hat man die gleichen Energiekosten.
2. Sollte die eigene Immobilie zu gross sein, kann man sie z.B. verkaufen und vom Erlös was kleineres kaufen.
Wenn man also eh später umziehen muss, um Energiekosten zu sparen, ist man mit der eigenen Immobilie immer noch im Vorteil.

🏡 🔽 Immer weniger Menschen in Schleswig-Holstein schaffen es, Wohneigentum zu erwerben – obwohl es für "Boomer" und "Nestbauer" ein wichtiges Ziel bleibt. Hohe Preise, fehlende Unterstützung vom Bund und Unsicherheiten bei Krediten bremsen den Traum vom eigenen Heim.
