Wishing you all a Merry Christmas, with a lovely "bolo rei" (King cake), traditional in Portugal.
It's a delicious cake with lovely colours and nowadays there are many versions. In the past this cake had small toy or a dried fava bean, hidden inside. The fava meant you had to buy the next one.
