    Один DNS‑запрос породил 329 запросов. Я полез разбираться, куда они все ушли

    Один DNS‑запрос. Пустой кеш. И 329 исходящих запросов вслед за ним. Сначала я решил, что где‑то неправильно понял цифры. Потом полез разбираться и выяснил, что recursive resolver внутри делает намного больше работы, чем видно по обычному dig . Разбираю, откуда берутся эти сотни запросов, при чём здесь CNAME, glue, DNSSEC, IPv6 PTR и почему разные версии BIND на одном и том же запросе могут отличаться почти в три раза.

    BIND, Pydantic и грабли (bindantic)

    Началось всё не с идеи «напишу‑ка я библиотеку», а с гораздо более скучной задачи — разобраться в BIND9. Причём разобраться по‑настоящему: не «погуглил директиву, вставил в конфиг, заработало, забыл», а понять, как эта штука вообще устроена, потому что конфигурации нужно было генерировать не для одного сервера, а для нескольких, и делать это регулярно. Управлять этим вручную, руками редактировать named.conf на каждом сервере и следить, чтобы зоны, ACL и view не разъехались, показалось мне откровенно плохой идеей с самого начала...

    Les effets de la gratitude

    La pratique régulière de la gratitude produit des effets mesurables et bien documentés, tant en psychologie, qu’en neurobiologie.

    Plusieurs études, notamment celles de Robert Emmons et Michael McCullough, montrent qu’un simple journal de gratitude tenu régulièrement diminue les symptômes dépressifs et anxieux, en partie parce qu’il réoriente l’attention loin des ruminations sur le manque ou la menace.

    La gratitude est l’une des dispositions les plus fortement corrélées à la satisfaction de vie dans la littérature de psychologie positive, davantage, dans certaines études, que l’optimisme ou l’estime de soi. Elle permet de passer d’une lecture égocentrée à une lecture relationnelle du monde.

    Ainsi, exprimer de la gratitude augmente la qualité perçue de la relation, tant pour celui qui exprime que pour celui qui reçoit, un effet que les chercheurs appellent parfois la fonction de « trouver, rappeler et lier » (find, remind, and bind). Selon cette perspective, la gratitude aide à repérer les relations de valeur, à s’en souvenir, et à approfondir l’engagement mutuel.

    De plus, des études de terrain montrent que la gratitude exprimée tend à générer des comportements prosociaux non seulement envers le bienfaiteur, mais envers des tiers, une sorte de phénomène de gratitude en chaîne qui dépasse l’échange direct.

    Les pratiquants soulignent une meilleure qualité de sommeil, notamment par la réduction des pensées intrusives au coucher. Certaines études associent la pratique régulière de la gratitude à une variabilité de la fréquence cardiaque plus saine, signe d’une meilleure régulation du système nerveux autonome. D’autres mentionnent une réduction du cortisol dans plusieurs protocoles expérimentaux, suggérant un effet apaisant sur l’axe du stress.

    Un effet important non négligeable sur les pratiques contemplatives, la gratitude agit comme une discipline de l’attention, assez proche de ce que Simone Weil appelait l’attention comme forme de prière. Elle ancre dans le présent plutôt que dans le manque projeté vers l’avenir ou le regret tourné vers le passé et permet le consentement au réel.

    La recherche distingue la gratitude comme état passager, celle qui est ressentie après un bienfait précis, de la gratitude comme trait ou disposition cultivée. C’est cette seconde forme, entretenue par une pratique répétée, par exemple la tenue d’un journal, de lettres de gratitude, de rituels, qui produit les effets les plus durables. Une gratitude purement réactive aux circonstances favorables n’a pas la même portée transformatrice qu’une gratitude cultivée comme posture stable face à l’existence, y compris face à ce qui est difficile, ce qui la rapproche, structurellement, d’une orientation, d’une voie que l’on choisit d’entretenir.
