Ein junger Mitbewerber von mir in der #Tontechnik / #Veranstaltungstechnik ist totaler #SeElectronics Verfechter… und ja, deren Mics sind – gemessen am euronischen Anschaffungswiderstand – recht attraktiv und ordentlich tönend, wenn auch nicht high end.

Aber hey… im #BillyGibbons Signature-Gesangsmikrovon #SeV7 steckt die #DCM7-Kapsel, und im #SEvKick für Bass-Drum steckt die… DCM7 mit „SB” hinten dran. Aha! Auch die elastische Aufhängung sieht bei genauerer Betrachtung ziemlich gleich aus.

Im Grenzflächen-Mikrofon BL8 ist wenig überraschend die identische Kapsel des Kleinmembraners sE8 verbaut.

Verwerflich? Naja. Erfunden hat sE dieses Prinzip nicht: #Shure verwendet für das #SM58, das #SM57 und das #SM7B die gleiche Kapsel. Das teure SM7B unterscheidet sich vom SM58 nur durch den anderen Korb und das Fehlen eines Trafo-Übertragers.

Beim VKick kommt übrigens danach noch eine EQ-Schaltung „modern“ vs. „classic“, ähnlich auch beim ebenfalls nur kick-drum-tauglichen BL8.
