VC funding announcements from Google spin-offs are not normally the kind of things that I find interesting, but Dandelion Energy's Raise is different. They're working on a problem that most of the market is just ignoring - homeowners want geothermal, HVAC contractors don't really care what homeowners want & lenders are mostly just out of the picture.

It seems that Pepco is attempting to stop DC's plan to ban natural gas from new construction. I'm not surprised, I'm angry.
