Ich finde diese Buch bzw. die ganze Reihe sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr spannend und positiv geschrieben, greift es spielerisch viele gesellschaftliche Fragen auf und öffnet einen neuen Blick darauf...

1. Me llama la atención, sobre todo, el estado avanzado de la civilización después de esa “Transición”, la calma y cómo parece que todo está ya más que asentado, la sociedad del libro funciona como un engranaje bien engrasado, es una normalidad más que asumida.
La idea de pasado es aún algo brumoso en estos primeros capítulos, algo de lo que solo se dan algunas pinceladas. No hay drama, al menos no uno magnificado, eso me llama mucho la atención, acostumbradas como estamos a historias con acumulación de tensión constantes y conflictos más enconados de los que aquí encontramos.
2. Qué el trabajo ha dejado de ser lo que define a la persona, que las tareas se siguen haciendo pero ya no a golpe de explotación laboral, qué gusto. Que lo normal sea poder empezar de nuevo, que se pueda virar la tarea vital es algo refrescante y deseable, algo que hace del mundo de la hermane Dex un mundo en el que apetece vivir.
3. Aquí me voy a dejar llevar por las respuestas de las lectoras más experimentadas en este género de ficción. Creo que voy a aprender un musho de qué es exactamente esto del Solarpunki
4. Esto me sorprendió muchísimo, cómo se decide ‘abandonar’ una gran parte del mundo a la naturaleza, cómo se renuncia a cualquier intervención humana y se deja que lo natural retome su dominio. Eso es hoy tan imposible que no deja uno de sonreírse ante esta característica del mundo de la hermane Dex
Y esa pulsión, pues yo la relaciono con la parte animal que en la hipercivilización acaba relegada e incluso vilipendiada. Nos llama la cumbre, la espesura, el bosque, lo que fue, el pasado, el punto de viraje, nos llama lo que pudo ser y el desprendernos de lo trivial que nuestra convivencia social va acumulando.
5. Cuando apareció Onfalina, me identifiqué mucho con el proceso mental de Dex, con esa desconfianza que se va ablandando, con su sorpresa. En ningún momento hay sobresalto o amenaza, al menos yo no la sentí.
