I shared my personal experience with coming off hormonal birth control (aka #ThePill I did not know the effect it was having on me until I stopped it, and I think most people are unaware of what it can do to their bodies (literally shrinking the clitoris!).
Finally living with, and understanding, the natural hormones that make up my #MenstrualCycle has transformed my life. I finally have clearer thoughts, more energy, more creativity, way better sex and generally am the happiest I have ever been!
