    I'm a big fan of #Blender, I've been a user for so many years. I've seen it evolve from NaN to this immensely popular and community supported project.

    But it (still) has huge issues in terms of community. And their list of speakers for #BConf19 shows it pretty badly: conference.blender.org/2019/sp

    #BConf, instead of growing in numbers, could you focus on growing diversity? Thank you.
