  7. Help me understanding x220 laptop batterys please.

    • Battery reported bad by tlp and KDE with low capacity letft.
    • Opened battery to bring one pair of cells (parallel) back up to 3,85 V like the other two pairs.
    • Battery kind of good again 50% capacity. (4 hours reported yay!)
    • Recalibrated with tlp so discharge until "empty"
    • Empty seems to mean this capacity value calculated from the inboard chip?
    • Voltage of "discharged" battery combined ca 11V, expected like 10V at least. (Full is at 12,5V ish reported by tlp)

    Wouldn´t it make sense to discharge to 3,3V per cell then charge it back up and calculate the capacity from that process instead of stopping anywhere in the middle because that assumed capacity is at zero ?
