On this day, 27th Aug, in 1969, Doris Hatt passed away in Clevedon, where she had lived with her partner, Margery, for many years.
Doris was born at 30 Milsom Street, Bath and raised in the city. She studied at Bath High School and later the Bath School of Art. Doris became a talented artist, known for using bright colours and depicting energy in her work.
