  5. Hmm I may need to call on the / community soon.

    I currently deploy my blogdown website from GitHub via netlify. I have it converted to quarto and have followed quarto.org/docs/publishing/net so I have a new Auth token etc but my deploy preview shows a 404. What are the obvious mistakes? Anyone got a good guide?

  10. I made a new Quarto extension to bring the Spotlight Reveal.js plugin to Quarto.
    It's a very useful plugin that allows you to highlight a specific part of your presentation.
    The extension/plugin comes with several options to customise the appearance of the spotlight.

  18. Are you making slides? Planning to make some in the next few days? I am afraid you are missing two absolutely needed Quarto extensions, namely "snow" (by @emilhvitfeldt) and "confetti" (by @Brt_Arthur).

    confetti - This extension uses canvas-confetti a JavaScript library to send some confetti in your revealjs presentation.

  23. I think it's time for an 😇

    I am a biostatistician with a Ph.D. in biostatistics mostly in the field of human genetics.
    I worked for ten years in a diabetes and related diseases public research laboratory, and since November 2022, working as a consultant on microbiome and lipids data.

    When I am not working, I spent most of my time watching movies (~12/month), playing with my male Labrador Retriever named Saga, and playing with Quarto and R.
