As soon as he took office, WS went ultraTERF on puberty blockers. Mahmoud has gone ultraTERF on the UKSC ruling.

This looks to me way beyond appeasement. If its not ideological conversion, it's a zealous attempt to overtake the #christofascists and #astroTERFs ... which of course is impossible

But control of other people's bodies has always been a core part of imperialist projects, such as British imperialism and the American #christofascist coalition which backs the #astroTERFs.

Bodily autonomy is the most fundamental freedom, and it's no accident that the astroTERFs operate strategically to try to destroy the #bodilyAutonomy of #trans people. In the USA, it has gone in tandem with destroying #reproductiveFreedom, but in the #UK that will come later,

I never doubted that British #transphobes were primarily driven by a desire to control the lives of #trans people. Exploiting the fears of cis women was only a means to that end.

But it's helpful to see it confirmed here in writing by Sex Matters, along with other anti-trans #astroTERFs. Their pitch to Wes Streeting is simple: the #UKSC has made trans lives unliveable, so you should ensure that they are not lived.
