  1. Fellow asthma non-enjoyers:
Pls carry your inhaler. Please USE your inhaler.
PLEASE wear an FFP3 respirator, ideally reusable with filters.

Please GO TO A&E / CALL AN AMBULANCE if your reliever / rescue inhaler does not resolve your symptoms.

    You WILL die one day.
You can postpone that day (and some disablement until then) with prompt action.

(Also, SEE YOUR GP after breathlessness or symptoms that are severe even to make you consider a hospital visit.
Your respiratory / chronic disease nurse needs to know.
You may benefit from a course of short-term steroids.)

  3. Kudos to whoever invented ibuprofen gel. A fun fact that I certainly wasn’t aware of, before my diagnosis: a very common (in the UK) preventative medication isn’t compatible with ibuprofen taken internally. So that’s one significant pain killer taken off the table for many folks …

  4. I’ve been ill since the 27th. It started with #nausea, stomach issues, etc. I thought it was #FoodPoisoning or a #StomachBug.

Then for no reason, it was difficult to #breathe. It has felt like someone sitting on my chest all the time. I’ve been hyper aware of my breathing as a result. Being #asthmatic only increased my anxiety.

I thought it might be #COVID, because symptoms, but I’ve tested negative. The stomach issues subsided on Sunday. And now, I’m suddenly breathing easier.

  5. Workout done for today: just ran a mile and a half to catch a bus, and made it with a minute to spare. #asthmatic

  6. I JUST got 3 months of #Symbicort and my allergist wants me to try this (naturally). Same thing plus a third med.

    Anyone have experience with #Breztri?
