Constructed languages are amazing--I did some study of them in a seminar class last semester about Cosmopolitanism.
A book we read that might interest you is "Scattered All Over the Earth' by Yōko Tawada. It's a dystopia that talks a lot about what happens to language and culture when countries no longer exist, including a fictional constructed language called "Panska"
