Well it's a #HippyBirthday to me, sort of.
1 year ago today I was in hospital to have my hip replaced. Such a successful operation that I pretty much no longer think about it, and when I do it's usually that I'm thankful for the endless pain having been removed!
I guess that outcome (not the prosthetic!) has been slightly tarnished by the Other Thing, though.
