Chances are they have a ton of cheap #Lazer multifunction units for less than a full pack of #Ink needed to scan (!!!) with those shitty #Inkjet machines.

The problem is in #IT that #WhatWeAllowIsWhatWillContinue and we allowed Corporations like #Apple to sprearhead the #Enshittification with #GluedInBatteries, #SolderedDownRAM, #SolderedDownSSDs and #AntiRepairDesign!
The only winning move is to refuse to buy such shit!!
Get a @frameworkcomputer and a @fairphone / #Fairphone if #BuyUsed & #UseLonger isn't an option, because in #capitalism, your reciept is your vote - EVERY SINGLE TIME!

#Apple's #AntiRepairDesign turns their #envoirmentalism into #VirtueSignalling without being actually envoirmentally friendly...At least all the others haven't implemented #AntiPrepair-#DRM AND refuse to sell original #parts that just work!
Apple literally prevents people from #repairing and thus #reusing their devices or even #upcylcing and #refurbishing devices for no good reason!
Compared to @frameworkcomputer and @Fairphone #Apple is just inexcuseably bad!

Dabei wäre dies machbar - egal ob wasserdicht (Siehe #Samsung #GalaxyS5 oder @Fairphone #FP4 - oder #ATEX-zertifiziert (siehe #Funktel - Geräte)...
#AntiRepairDesign dient nur dazu, Verbraucher abzuzocken (siehe #Apple)...

I've to agree with #HughJeffreys in that #Apple's "#Envoirmentalism" and "#Sustainability" is just #VirtueSignalling" when their #AntiRepairDesign prevents people frim #Repair & #UseLonger which is inherently superior to creating #eWaste that needs to be #recycled - if that's even fully possible at all...
