    #Antennagate was two problems. One, a legitimate radio issue where the user’s hand could bridge the antenna to the phone body and impact reception. Two, a “bars” indicator that made users think this was a bigger problem than it really was. This article describes the fix for the latter. After it was made, users saw a smaller change in bars when triggering the first issue. This obviously didn’t fix anything but it made a lot of people feel better. mastodon.social/@appleinsider/
