    I've used #TiddlyWiki since soon after #JeremyRuston created it; for individual project planning, but mostly as an #opensource development platform for #AMBIT, an evidence-oriented approach to creating more helpful systems of help for people burdened with multiple exclusions, oppressions vulnerabilities & risks

    Via Jeremy's brilliant serverside version (enabling multiple users with shared layers of content) it's now used globally:
