Ça fait 12 ans que j'ai des boîtes d'alto BAM, ça fait 12 ans que je ne comprends pas à quoi servent les deux pochettes (décrites comme «à accessoires») qui se glissent dans la poche à partition.
J'ai vu des tas de gens avec des BAM, j'ai jamais vu personne utiliser ces pochettes.
Ça me rend chèvre.
Vos suggestions sérieuses seront les bienvenues.

@TransportAction The ws"what we heard" document showed that Peterborough is asking to NOT have a station in town and wants it outside so commuters can drive to it.
Since the detour to Peterborough and challenges of getting a train from Peterborough to downtown on dedicated tracks are huge, if they don,t want the train, then the detour should be cancelled, and Peterborough should be given GO Trains on existing CP tracks.
Every detour makes Alto less competitive with Via/Air canada

Update: mandate given to Alto to serve Kington from Peterborough where it would connect with VIA local services along he Kingston CN sub.
Kingston is 4th busiest train station in canada and had been ignored by government who only wanted Peterborough votes (and Peterborough that now wants its station oustide of Peterborough).

Considerations were raised about taxpayer funds going to private companies rather than directly into VIA Rail for service and operations. There were questions about whether high- speed rail would offer sufficient time savings to justify the taxpayer’s return on investment.

The proper mandate should have been "trains will run on tracks designed to support 300kmh for majority of trip".

On the one hand, it's useful to consider where the HSR ought to stop, and Kingston is an important community; on the other hand, it appears that the #Alto project is much more in flux at a basic level than I had thought.
