W00t I got accepted to speak @allthingsopen !
Together with Saurabh Singh, we'll share how @OpenSearchProject has built a columnar data plane using Arrow Flight Streaming, Parquet and Datafusion projects by @TheASF, which allowed us to reach some impressive performance benchmarks for analytics use cases.

In 2021, I attended my first ever conference. My manager gave me the go-ahead to put it on the company card and encouraged me to go. I was amazed. The people were kind, the talks were cool, everything about it felt welcoming and inspiring. That was the event that motivated me to start applying to speak at conferences.
I am so incredibly proud to announce that I'm giving a talk at the conference that started it all for me. I'm speaking at All Things Open 2026! #AllThingsOpen
