I hate airlines

I have to fly to Toronto this fall and being both 6'7" and disabled I booked, and paid for, 'premium' seats just so I can fit on the sardine can they call an airplane.... go an email last night informing me that #AirCanada has changed my seat and my credit card refunded for the seat selection fee

No other industry could constantly sell you a service and then continuously, and arbitrarily, change what they deliver.

Now I'm waiting for a callback to see if an agent can help. It took 3 tries just to get to that point because of their stupid AI that answers calls responding with unwanted information and disconnecting me.
