Just spent the last half hour getting my colleague developer out of a hole because they don't know how to version control. Can't resolve merge conflicts, don't understand it's distributed.

And this is Mercurial, not Git – the command line is far simpler.

I talked them through fixing the process. They got it wrong. I talked them through fixing THAT.

I have superuser on this server. I was su'd into their account the whole time. Could have done it myself.
