Took a drive up Prospect Mountain today to enjoy the view at the summit. Caught this great view of The Narrows of Lake George along the way. The lake stretches 32 miles north through a glacier-carved valley in the Eastern Adirondacks. You can really see its geology here.

Attended my niece’s wedding today at the Fort William Henry Hotel on the south end of Lake George. Forty years ago I worked there as a bellhop. Still one of the best views of anyplace I’ve ever worked.
