And as #AdamSomething points out: It's cheaper and more sustainable to build #WalkableNeighbourhoods with #PublicTransport and local amendities integrated.
AKA: "Mixed use Developments" that allow Ground and manyve 1st & 2nd floors to be used commercially by businesses serving the local area.
May it be a Supermarket, Doctors' Office/Small Clinic, Shop or Restaurant.
