Had a shitty meeting with my child’s school #slp #sped director, and teacher about #neurodiverse affirming care, and why their constant questioning during remote sessions to try to force AAC usage is BS. @DayWalkingRedhead Please no “advise”, and I didn’t request any. Are you a 24/7 caregiver keeping your child alive who has chronic complex medical conditions? Have you held your seizing blue child in your arms, having to do cpr? Your response is clearly practicing #gaslighting and #ablednormalcy standards. You obviously don’t understand our lifestyle. As I stated folx with disabilities who have upper airway restrictions and breathing concerns cannot mask period! WTF
