If you have a network installation with multiple users on different Macs and PCs, make sure to use at least version #NeoFinder 8.5.2, which synchronizes the global keywords list from the Controlled Vocabulary much better, and is able to detect changes made to the list by other NeoFinder for Mac or #abeMeda for Windows instances.

abeMeda 7.7 now adds support for the unique Image IDs that can be stored in EXIF data. Some cameras will generate unique IDs and store them in your images using that tag, and some software can as well. abeMeda now reads and stores this value in its catalogs, can show it in the Inspector, its own data column and different export formats. You can also use the Image ID in the Find Editor to locate your images.

abeMeda 7.7 can now paste coordinates/geotags from other sources, not only those copied from your files inside abeMeda. Specifically, you can now also copy coordinates from #GoogleMaps and #bing maps, and paste them into the mapInspector, or directly into your image files. QuickFind now also accepts these and knows how to handle them.

abeMeda 7.7 introduces the bpm (beats per minute) ID3 tag to its catalogs. It was actually user feedback that requested this feature, so we obliged and now added support for the bpm tag in the Inspector, as a separate column, and also when exporting ID3 data.

the new abeMeda 7.7 can now classify videos by resolution, will show a video's resolution in the Inspector - and even offers you to find videos based on their resolution as well. It also works for photos, and can look for images with a minimum number of megapixels.
