I found out a few days ago that the tweeter in my right-hand near-field monitor is faulty. Maybe not working at all.
Which extends the dead-in-the-water status of all of my music mixing projects (so many) until I get the issue resolved. Have to send it in for repair.
As I'm usually working on music 5-6 days a week, the past month or so has been frustrating. I can do some work with headphones, but... it's not the same.
'This too shall eventually pass', he tells himself.

I am not a morning person, but I agreed to wake up shortly after 6 today so that a support person from Sonarworks could connect to my computer and diagnose a software issue that’s plagued me for over a month. All of my musical projects have been on hold until the issue with their software, SoundID, gets resolved. One month-plus dead in the water.
They sent me no instructions on Friday as to what communications software to install to facilitate the remote connection on Monday morning, and to top it off, I got an email from them this morning stating that the time slot had not been reserved on their end and been grabbed by someone else.
So now I’ve said let’s try again tomorrow at the same time, and I’ve gotten no acknowledgment from them that it’ll happen.
Incredibly unprofessional behavior on their part, and I’m supposed to trust that their software engineers are better at their jobs than their support personnel.
