@[email protected] ’s #4thAveShallower in CID, 45 feet below the surface of 4th Ave, is just plain SEXY!2: there will be other, necessary projects in the CID regardless of where link stations are built, work that should be combined with #4thAveShallower to minimize harm to the neighborhood: start list w/ 2nd Ave Ext, also Jackson St bridge and 4 Ave Viaduct.
