I know I live in New York and I could just walk down the street to get a fantastic bagel, but I'm baffled every time to find out that my favorite bagels are the ones I make at home (mostly because they're fresh). This batch came out tasty but I made the critical mistake of not buying any toppings the night before, and realizing this morning as I boiled/baked them that I only had a small amount of sesame seeds left.
