I guess it depends on agreements between provinces?
For example, #407ETR would bill NY cars. ON cars may also be tolled when driving in NY state.

IMO the then leader #MikeHarris who isn't that bright, is a rocket scientist compared to #DougFord; so when the latter was elected I wondered what wacky dealing with public lands it foretold. The sale of a waterfront public park to a private Austrian company is the answer. Thanks to @StrategyCorp in Toronto for brokering away the gem that #OntarioPlace was for #Toronto.
