The other day I bet somebody I had a copy of my “triple split” card in my sample box…. and I did. I improved to better represent fragmentation of the self by tearing it on the edge of a ruler.
Based on an illustration from Heinz Kohut’s Analysis of the Self, this illustrates the division within a person for whom a developmental arrest has prevented the development of the “True Self”
