Heute wollte ich eeeeeigenlich auf die 20 km gehen. Hab mir dafür den #geiseltalsee ausgesucht. Leider ging es quasi nur bergauf, was mich viel Kraft gekostet hat und ich dann "nur" die 12 km voll gemacht habe. Nächstes Mal probiere ich es wohl andersrum 😆
Das war eventuell der letzte #longrun vor dem Halbmarathon. Die Spannung steigt. -

Paris Versailles Mantes 2025 : 25 au 26 janvier
Créée en 1935, la randonnée nocturne Paris-Versailles-Mantes revient en 2025 en ayant bouclé les inscriptions début janvier avec 4500 inscriptions. Prévu le week-end prochain, c’est un joli succès pour cet événement sportif qui propose 4 distances : 54 km, 39 km, 22 km et 12 km.
Le départ a lieu dans la nuit ou la matinée suivant la distance choisie, pour une arrivée prévue à Mantes, au complexe sportif Félicien Dantan. Pour les plus aguerris, ils devront affronter le froid et plus encore, pour boucler les 54 km au départ de Vesailles prévu à Minuit.
Pour les participants, pensez bien à votre lampe frontale et votre gilet réfléchissant ;), et si vous avez manqué l’inscription, prenez rendez-vous pour 2026.

Monday 12 km ✅ Good run, even though quite tired. Bit of wind pushed the windchill down to -18°C. Not too many people out today, and I suspect there will be very few out by end of week when it actually gets cold out. 😜

Monday 12 km ✅ The number of snow people continues to rise along the route. I'm not sure if/when they'll launch an invasion, but with a storm looming for the weekend, we should all prepare. So far, I've been able to outrun them all. Having no legs really seems to cut down on their ability to pursue me. 😛
