A few years ago ago, members of Benny Hinn ministries shared some financial records with the media.On a 2003 trip to London where the "healer" stayed in a $4000 (US) a night hotel, he spent over $6000 on tea, lunchs and transportation, tipped staff over $3000 ($1000 to the concierge) and enjoyed $1000 restaurant meal. He then went to Harrods to buy about $200 worth of dusted almonds and fruit for his plane ride home. On the same visit, the record shows, he also gave a homeless woman with a baby a whopping $20.
His custom tailored white suits made in Beverly Hills, with 14 karat gold thread marking his ministry logo on the chest, go for "several thousand dollars" each. His oceanfront mansion, listed as his patronage and paid for by "the ministry", was estimated to be over $10 million a decade ago. Considering what he's done to disabled people alone, I think they should do more than just tax him.
