Differences in capability, opportunities to gain wisdom, and wisdom determine age roles but there is still some flexibility. For example, if an elder can still work and wants to work they should be allowed to but the role for elders tends to be sharing wisdom with the community and helping guide decisions rather than working due to the eventual physical inability to work. #ageism #communism #socialism #anarchism
