#flickboard is not developed using LLMs/"#ai". It doesn't have any "#ai" "features". It has been against the contribution guidelines for as long as there have been any.

But I'm also not really sure I can call it slop-free, because it's still running on Android, and it still depends on a whole bunch of Google libraries. And I'm under no illusion that /those/ aren't tainted at this point.

It'd be a weird to draw a line calling slop libraries okay. They are still run with the same privileges, and are still harmful in the same way. But it's also hard to avoid while running on the platform at all. And it's not like I can just reinvent it all on my own.

I don't know. I wish there was a serious alternative out there. :/

Replaced my monitors with new ones that support #DisplayPort daisy-chaining, in the hopes of letting one of them be a KVM switch between my personal and work computers.

...turns out, merely enabling MST (the standard behind daisy-chaining) on the 2nd is enough to knock it out, even if the 3rd isn't even connected... bleh.

I don't have a very definite goal but I'm exploring some ideas. I'd like to highlight a a chosen street and calculate it's length in meters.

I can convert a #osmnx graph to a #GeoDataFrame, just edges, and select named edges. But then I can't convert them back to a network (because I don't have nodes? Because I'm using the wrong methods?)
Can I plot the gdf together with the graph? Maybe I should learn to extract the nodes?

I can see some shapely geometry inside the dataframes, I wish I could convert/project it's coordinates to meters and then to some "screen coordinates" so I can draw them myself with #py5 instead of matplotlib (I never use matplotlib so I'm perpetually confused by it).

And don't worry if you can't help me much with this...

Update: I learned how to get the gdf (edged, nodes) tuple and I can highlight the selected street :)

Mężczyźni najkrócej żyją w województwie łódzkim, a najdłużej w małopolskim i podkarpackim.

U kobiet liderami pod względem długości życia są województwa podkarpackie i podlaskie, podczas gdy regiony takie jak śląskie, łódzkie i kujawsko-pomorskie znajdują się na końcu stawki.

Różnice te wynikają m.in. z różnych czynników środowiskowych, stylu życia, poziomu edukacji i dostępu do usług medycznych.

Oprócz długości życia ważne jest też to, ile z tych osób żyje w dobrym zdrowiu - czyli bez poważnych ograniczeń funkcjonowania.

Według danych Eurostatu Polki żyją średnio 64,1 roku w zdrowiu, co stanowi około 79% ich życia — wynik o 1,3 roku lepszy niż średnia UE, ale nadal o 6,2 roku gorszy niż w wiodących krajach UE.
Dla mężczyzn wskaźnik ten wynosi 60,8 lat, czyli 82,8% ich całkowitej długości życia, co jest wynikiem o 1,6 roku poniżej średniej unijnej i aż o około 9,3 roku mniej niż w najlepszych krajach Unii.
Różnica między płciami według tego wskaźnika wynosi 3,3 roku — jedną z największych dysproporcji w całej UE.
