  1. RE: infosec.exchange/@douglevin/11

I would like to know which court has ordered Navigate360 to reveal information. They have been so terrible in incident response that a court had to order them to disclose essential info to its clients and those affected? And while they have been the epitome of inadequate security and poor incident response, Crime Stoppers has been no better. They blew off my questions by saying the incident was mostly in their rear view mirror, but did they ever improve their security? Are people still submitting tips to an insecure platform? Have they notified anyone who might be at risk because they submitted a tip about the cartel and gave their own name or contact info?

  2. Only silver lining IMHO is report of a DOJ criminal investigation.

  3. Notice of Multistate Vendor Security Incident Affecting SafeVoice Nevada; System Remains Operational doe.nv.gov/news-media/2026-pre

This is the SAME incident as the Crime Stoppers breach (recently announced in Canada) that went down in March 2026. Vendor: Navigate360

Every tip, ever submitted. Piss poor cybersecurity and even worse response.

  5. More than 1.5 million Canadian Crime Stoppers tips leaked, CBC exclusive finds cbc.ca/news/investigates/canad

This is the shared, 'anonymous' tipline application undergirding tiplines run by State AGs, Crime Stoppers, and Sandy Hook Promise, etc.

The developer - Navigate360 - has done nearly everything it can to avoid public disclosure. They are not acting in good faith, and they surely are in violation of multiple states' data breach reporting laws. Can't speak to Canadian law.

For ALL the details and UNPARALLELED reporting on this, your best source is @PogoWasRight. See: databreaches.net/2026/09/18/th (which includes links to prior reporting)

Despite the links on their own Buy Now page they are available to own digitally DRM Free on GOG. gog.com/en/games?query=costume

They happen to be on sale at $1.50 and $8 respectively.

Also, at least the first game, I haven't tested the second yet, runs quite well from Steam via DroidDeck on my Android tablet (Lenovo Legion Tab Gen3, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3). github.com/Droid-Deck/DroidDeck
