Debo confesar que disfruto mucho cuando la gente cambia sus propios términos y luego meten la pata solitos. :skype_giggle:
Por ejemplo, cuando desde alguna entidad retroproge comienzan a usar artículos femeninos y masculinos insistentemente, tipo «Las maestras y los maestros», y luego la terminan cagando con «Las y los maestros», o directamente omiten el artículo femenino de cuajo. :skype_giggle:
O cuando, acá en Mastodon, deciden cambiar a términos como «server», «post» y «message», y en las cadenas de texto actuales para traducir le pifian y siguen usando «instance», «status» y «private mention», respectivamente. :skype_giggle:

Hablando de Meta, volví a ver este pleonasmo de pura casualidad y me dio mucha ternura. Qué genialidad.
Ya tenía años en Facebook, pero parece que Meta usó la misma traducción en sus otros servicios.
