  9. #IntermittentFasting #HowItsGoing #WonderWomanWhereAreYou

This is the first day, and I didn't follow through with the "no food for three hours after awakening." I had half a protein bar. Not judging myself, just observing. Morning hunger is super real. Now onto the part two effort. Looking forward to walking later today, either outside or on the treadmill. Inviting my inner Wonder Woman to appear. Here I am when I still colored my hair. Halloween, maybe three or four years ago? Golden lasso?

  10. #IntermittentFasting #HereWeGo #BetterHealth #LetsGetThatCholesterolDown #15Pounds #or20

So... I've resisted intermittent fasting for a long time because here are my thoughts:

I hate fasting. I feel weak. My blood sugar bottoms out. I have no energy. I'm miserable.

    Etc. Etc.

However, I've seen the science, and I've talked to a doctor. It's time to try it. I'm going to reframe my thoughts as, "During the fasting period, I'm going to take extra good care of my body and mind." May journal here.
