Oh, I have a Tina Fey story! I was trying to get on SNL as a writer at one time, so I sent a sample packet, but I wanted to make sure someone would read it. So I made sure to use FedEx and had it say it was coming from NBC Burbank as it was delivered to NBC New York. I thought that might get it past the gate keepers. And it did!
I got a phone call FROM TINA FEY. But she was calling to tell me that she couldn't read the sketches and that they had to come from an agent and go through an official process. But still! A phone call from Tina Fey! It was totally cool.

Is anyone else feeling almost done with Taskmaster? That it just doesn’t feel fresh anymore? If anything, I’m enjoying Taskmaster NZ more maybe because they’re newer to the format and seem to be having more fun with it.

Watched season 4 of Taskmaster NZ and I enjoyed it a lot. Jeremy Wells is growing on me (more than the Australian Taskmaster), and the contestants were all fun and played well off of each other. You could tell they all had a fun time, and that made it fun to watch.

I remembered not liking season 1 of New Zealand Taskmaster but upon rewatching, it’s actually pretty good. It’s just that Guy Williams is so obnoxious and whines about everything, so much so that it brings the whole show down.
