#BangsHeadOnWall "pin17" on a pi doesn't mean PHYSICAL pin17 it means GPIO17 which is physical pin 11
You'd think after 14 years I'd remember not to be caught out over this one

Just putting this out there but I'm now using #ESP32S3 minis instead of #ESP32C3 minis with @microblocks as I find they much more reliably connect to my home WiFi. (Yes I know about the new C3 antenna variants but decided a just want a compact simple thing that just works without having to worry about whether it will or not)

@CircleOfLife I'm re-doing my house IR controls to use @microblocks on microcontrollers vs LIRC on PiZeros and googling for information on #SKYQ IR protocol - look who made this file in a repo I found 🙂

Well it's lasted putting in 16 bedding plants so far 🙂 #3DPrinting

Can't find my gardening trowel so trying out #3DPrinting one - be interesting to see if it works 🙂

In other news - I think this is the most boring golf major I've ever watched

As usual - 2 hours getting nowhere debugging something - went away - did some gardening - came back - found the issue in 2 minutes :-)

Does anyone know what the critical timings are with the NEC/Samsung IR protocol are? Is it the total high/low length of 1250uS vs 1120uS or do TV's check the individual lengths of the high at 560uS and low at 560uS or 1690uS
