  3. I've long used nasal irrigation - a net pot, specifically - to try to shut down colds or flu. But recently I've started using it proactively after being in situations where my risk of Covid or other viruses exposure was higher. Linked is a study showing an 8-fold decrease in serious consequences when nasal irrigation is used *post-infection*. Anyone know of studies about prevention of Covid getting started in the first place?

  17. I'm recording my program (art songs!) for Monday the 31st early, as I'm in North Adams this coming weekend for Bang on a Can. It can be hard to set levels so as to not over-modulate but also not lose the lows (and sorry to those listening in noisy environment).

  22. Anyone else have issues with double clicking? I'm running macOS, but I think the issue is more general.

I've found that I sometimes generate double clicks by mistake (and there are times when the results are a problem). And other times, it takes me a couple of tries to get the double click to register.

On macOS, I've tried tweaking the accessibility settings to make the results I get be more reliable, but I wasn't happy with the results.
