I'm currently pretty interested into custom (and split) keyboards, but I'm pretty confused, since I'm not able at soldering at all, so I just find somewhere where to buy those as pre-built. 😔

  4. And also version 6.2.0 of my is live on @fdroidorg .
The tiny helper for your continuous improvement practice based on scientific thinking is slowly growing.
Next step, I'm planning to add a daily reminder/alarm clock to help you remember to to your daily PDSA journal. What do you think?

  5. I'm working on my available on @fdroidorg.
Main feature is the possibility to fill a (possibly daily) PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) journal based on ideas by Mike Rother, so that users can apply scientific thinking to continuous improvement process
I want to "gamify" it, so that people will be more keen to use it more and more.
For this, I'd love to give prizes/badges based on how frequently people save their diary.

  6. Hey folks, did you know about the layout?

    github.com/manna-harbour/miryo

Just found out: it seems like a very nice idea and neat solution.
As soon as I'll be able to move to a new keyboard (I'm closing the writing of the new chapter of my story), I'd might take a closer look, and try it.
And maybe even propose an extension with Italian accented letters!

Take care: is an expensive religion. 😇
I "was born" with a (used but perfect) IBM Model M received as a gift from an university professor.
Used it daily, even at work, for 20+ years.
Then bought a Filco Majestouch 2 TKL in 2019 due to some keys malfunctioning: 170 €.
Then I started partly work from home, so one keyboard for office, one for home: I've bought a GMMK 1 ISO TKL with custom keycaps and switches: 170 €.
Now I'm in love with the Lily58 Pro: >200 €
    🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

  12. I've just passed 1000 commits in my and release 6.1.1 is being baked by @fdroidorg
I've received a couple of very nice feedbacks and I'm struggling at adding a few more features.
I'm also searching for help on iOS side, since I don't have one and can't release it.

See you at next conference in May?

  13. Speaking about , I was reading and studying the as a possible first split buy.
But then, thanks to @rriver I've found out the nice Yushakobo store in Japan that is the reference store for the Lily98.
Then I've found out that Lily98 is and that has been designed by a Japanese.
    My wife is Japanese.
Next summer will be back in Japan after three years.
Well, I think it's worth a stroll to the Yushakobo store.
    💪🏻

  14. @benjaminhollon Before buying an ergo split keyboard, it's about time to learn your touch-typing! Am I right, @nosherwan ?
I need to improve on that!
    😁😅

And I also have, since about 1998 (used daily till 2019), my lovely dear IBM Model M, ISO Italian layout, to be cleaned up to get back to work, as soon as I can, hopefully.

And I'm already looking around for a new one, maybe fully programmable, split and ergo... But first I have to rob a few banks for the money. 😅😁😂🤣

    Here you are:
    * Bought in 2019, Filco Majestouch 2 TKL, ISO Italian layout with Cherry MX Blue switches, customized with blank Windows keys.
    * Bought in 2022, GMMK 1 ISO TKL with Gateron SMD Blue switches and Laser-Etched Dolch Side-Printed PBT keycaps from YMDKey, mixed Italian+German sets to create the Italian (142) layout.

  29. I'm preparing a new version of my (6.0.0 -> 6.1.0)
    * a pop-up dialog to explain the icons used in the app
    * a preview of the new page
    * a partial solution to bug #6: bottom navigation didn't change when switching . Now it does, except for the current page navigation button.

I'm still thinking about the list of badges and conditions to earn them. I might need to change the format to have an easier way to compute badges. If so, it'll be 7.0.0.
