And finally, Sunburst, the blind kitten, who will be done with quarantine soon and will join the seven rowdy kittens a few feet away. She has graduated from hand-feeding to eating from the emotional support spoon, so I have hopes I won't need to spend the next twenty years holding food for her to eat.

The five new babies from yesterday. A friend came over to help socialize them, so I finally got a picture of everyone. They are eating well and their eyes already look better.

My kitten army has a new battalion! (There are five of them, but the other three were hiding.) They're all snotty and a little angry, but I expect both issues to resolve in the next few days.

New recruit for the kitten army!
She's about the same age as the other seven, but she has some upper respiratory gunk, so she's staying in my office until all that gets cleared up.
(She's also *very* pale — the fleas were feasting well.)

(She's been in my office since January, we finally found adopters in March at which point she developed ringworm.)
She deserves a great home and I think she has found one!

Didn't see the cat I'm trying to trap this evening. (She seems to be a late morning girl.) But I added this doofus to my collection of cats seen in the alley. Also threw out an entire bag of garbage from the garage.
Hanging out in the alley with the drop trap gives me a chance to talk to neighbors about TNR. And it's a pleasant place to sit in the evenings.
Next time I will bring my gardening gloves and pull some weeds.

Well, I saw the cat I'm trying to trap, but she showed up at the same time as another cat and took off when she saw him.
The good news is that I started the second scene in the current novel and tomorrow is another day.
