Successfully facilitated another #ensemble #exploratory #testing session with the team today.
Besides great product findings we also identified a new type of "navigator" - the "taxi passenger navigator".
They give the driver an idea what to do then don't say anything for five minutes and let the driver do their job.
In the defense of the navigator he had just returned from the dentist. 😅
