    When the Tariff Hurts More Than the Nib Delivers

    Hit with a surprise 35% tariff ($24.30 on $70) for a Kanwrite titanium "flex" nib, only to find it too stiff to yield practical flex. I quickly swapped back to my reliable JoWo #6 Smooth Cursive Italic, expertly tuned by Damien at All In The Nib. Lesson learned.
