The need to incorporate Hurricane Matthew into the plot of my #WIP #novel was a good thing, even if an unexpected one. I could have ignored it or shifted the timeline around, but this provided a new interest (or even mild excitement) that does the story good. I can hang all sorts of development off the event.
And the next week we return to the already scheduled season opener at the art gallery. They should have any boards off the windows by then!
