Net iemand aan de deur gehad met een enquête over #SundayLaw - of ik wel of niet op zondag wil kunnen winkelen. Dat de paus bezig is met zondagsrust in de VS en dat dat ook naar Europa komt. Enquêtesteller was het eens met m'n mening dat dit prima per gemeente geregeld kon, maar was veel minder stellig dan ik dat het Vaticaan of de VS hierover echt niets in Europa in te brengen hebben.

@attilakinali @nixCraft Actually you should be fine, but only if you apt-mark manual those libs that you needed for your custom packages.
It's good hygiene to do this often. You can reinstall the missing libs if needed. And if you can't, you're sitting on a time bomb anyway.
P.S. apt-find-foreign for even more clean systems after release upgrade.

After implementing an #RC5 infrared protocol prototype on the #MCH2022 badge and succesfully tweaking the frequency to 38kHz (because my Marantz apparently doesn't like the official 36kHz), it turns out that the infrared emitter on the #Badge is underpowered:
only from about 30cm does it read my signals 😩 -- not so useful for a remote 😂
Back to the drawing board.
(BTW: The helpful #FlipperZero could use an IR-read-RAW-always mode improvement.)

@agowa338 Glad you asked. Unfortunately I don't have an exact time. The German supplier wrote "Scheduled delivery date is Friday by forenoon".
The package is a batch of WHY2025-themed #frisbee discs which I was hoping to dispense at cost price here at WHY. They've been stuck at customs for a while, and now shipping to NL from DE could arrive Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, which is too risky (*).
I haven't even asked them if pickup is even possible. So, this really is a long shot.

When #volkswagen management suggested pay cuts of 10% for their work force, did they lead by good example and cut their own pay by more?
It could be, but I read no such thing.
If the strong shoulders can't take a 25% pay cut, I don't see a reason why the weaker ones should lose ten.
